Born in Singapore, Grand Master Tan inherited his forefathers’ expertise at the early age of 30 and established Way Chinese Geomancy Centre in 1984. He is a veteran of geomancy studies and has provided excellent fengshui consultancy services for more than 25 years.
Having conducted more than 1000 seminars worldwide, GM Tan is well-known internationally but amid his success, he is an avid pupil who continually enhances his practice with research and studies.
Since 2004, GM Tan has been representing Singapore in the International Feng Shui Convention (IFSC). In 2008, he received the prestigious title of “Feng Shui Grand Master” by the International Feng Shui Association (IFSA) and is the first feng shui practitioner in Singapore to be awarded this title.
In recognition of his contributions to the society, GM Tan received the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 1999 from then-Singapore President S.R. Nathan. He was also appointed the Academic Advisor to the Department of Philosophy at Peking University in 1993. A man of great talents and enthusiasm, GM Tan currently holds various roles such as the Vice President of IFSA, Vice Chairman of the Organization for Promoting Global Civilization and Honorary Council Chairman of the Singapore Association of Writers.
Having great interest in Chinese Metaphysics, Master Goh endeavours to learn and discover this mystical field of study. In 2003, he sought guidance from his mentor, Master Chew, enabling him to realise his potential in Chinese Metaphysics. In 2005, he joined Way Fengshui as Life Analysis Master and with enlightenments from Grand Master Tan, his knowledge in Bazi and feng shui reached a higher level.
Master Goh constantly improves upon his knowledge and skills, allowing him to provide a wide spectrum of services such as name selection, career mapping and residential feng shui analysis. He is also a writer who has published several hot-selling books. His debut book, “Essentials of Four Pillars of Destiny” is highly recommended for those interested in Bazi Life Analysis. His latest works under the Four Pillars of Destiny series are “The Key To An Ideal Name” and “Is Your Marriage Predestined?”.
Beyond these, Master Goh’s outstanding talks at the International Feng Shui Convention (IFSC) in 2005, 2006 and 2012 affirmed his role as a proficient public speaker. Other notable events where he provided life analysis services include the Singapore 2006 IMF-World Bank Annual Meetings and Singapore APEC 2009. With his wealth of knowledge on Destiny Analysis, Master Goh is also a lecturer at Way Academy.
Being personally groomed by his father, Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong, to be the successor of Way Fengshui Group, Mark Tan is a rising star in the fengshui industry.
As an Economics and Political Science graduate from the esteemed University of California, Berkeley, he is effectively bilingual and has a flair for writing and has been the brains behind all the content in Way Fengshui Group for the past ten years.
